Here's another exhibition that should get a 600-800 word review in SHARP News:

Ehon: The Artist and the Book in Japan
New York Public Library
D. Samuel and Jeane H. Gottesman Exhibition Hall (First Floor)
October 20, 2006 through February 4, 2007

Anyone interested?

Lisa: You should review the Museum of Biblical Art's exhibition Gilded
Legacies: The Saint John's Bible in context. This features Donald
Jackson's magnificent calligraphed and illuminated 7 volume bible
commissioned by Saint John's Abbey in Minnesota. The exhibition
complements the folios with medieval and early modern leaves and bibles.
Best, Larry
